Advocating for Equitable Education Access

Rachel Wall serves as Senior Legal Director of TPEDF, bringing over sixteen years of civil litigation experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A public school parent and founding board member of the Texas Bipartisan Alliance, Rachel has been a strong advocate for protecting local school boards from outside influence and preserving the integrity of public education.

Originally from the Texas Panhandle, Rachel attended Hart ISD and benefited from innovative early remote learning programs. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from West Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.

Since 2008, Rachel has lived in Grapevine, Texas, and practiced law at her firm’s Colleyville office. Her family remains deeply connected to the community through education and local business ownership. Rachel’s combination of legal expertise, grassroots leadership, and personal dedication to public education makes her an invaluable part of TPEDF’s leadership team.
